Garlic Chutney Recipe
Hot and Strong Chutney, Mostly of Garlic
- Grind together in the blender:
- 4-6 Tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2-1 teaspoon hot red pepper powder
- 16 whole cloves garlic
- If you find the chutney too hot after you've added the hot pepper powder, you can add some oil to make it milder again.
- This chutney is especially good mixed with yogurt and spread on paratha, chapati, etc. It is also good mixed with butter in a sandwich.
