Dosa Chutney Recipe
Yogurt Chutney w/ Coconut, Seeds, and Nuts
- Grind together in a blender:
- 3 TBS unsweetened coconut
- 2 TBS fresh coriander leaves (cilantro), chopped
- 1 TBS roasted sesame seeds
- 1 TBS roasted peanuts
- 1 TBS roasted Indian chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp hot red pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/ tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- Thene mix in:
- 6 TBS water
- 3 TBS yogurt or sour cream
- This goes well with Dosa or Idli Pancakes.
